In my pursuit of happiness, I will find the best match for my partner. I will marry a woman I met at university who has the qualities and personality I want in a partner. We will have two kids whom will be boys. To support our children, we will buy a large four-bedroom house for our new family. At which time I will go to the credit bureau to apply for a home loan. The creditor will offer a variety of loan options of which I will choose a 30 year fixed mortgage at 3% which is not considered a secured loan. I will get a car for my wife to drive the children to school, sports, and other activities. Fortunately, I have positive cash flow at this point in my life that I can pay for the car without a loan reducing the chances of default notice on the loan. It will also support our trips to the beach on the weekend and family vacations we take up the Northern Beaches. Since I got out of university, I have been promoted several times to a variety of different positions. The jobs I worked were a sales rep, then, I got promoted to a sales manager from there I got promoted to marketing manager, then district manager, and after that a regional director. Finally, I was appointed the general manager of a division within Westfarners. After many years of hard work and dedication, I have been named the CEO of Westfarmers. After my success of becoming CEO, my wfe and I got married. Now, we have two incomes, one for me as a CEO and another for my wife’s real estate career. My children will be attending private school at King’s school, so we will incur school tuition and fees. Also, I will buy my first expensive car with my promotion to CEO. It will be a Ferrari. The expenses my family will have to incur will be mortgage, including contents insurance, car insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and mortgage repayments. We will purchase Bupa insurance premium. The other expenses for my children will be basketball fees for my two boys club basketball and training, and and their guitar lessons, and band fees. My assets are my car, home, phone, computer, TV, and Jewellery. The insurance to cover me will be Car Insurance, Life insurance, and House Insurance including contents and mortgage payments. I will pay it with my base salary. I will purchase a home in Narrabeen that will cost $4,900,000 overall, and $14,000 a month. I will be able to afford my expenses because my monthly salary after taxes is $333,333. I will play in a men’s basketball league with the club will be very close to my house. I will also have a vacation to the Maldives for a month every year in which we will fly there. I will contact Commonwealth Bank for wealthy management to assist me in investing my money for future needs and retirement so I do not get into financial problems and need to file for bankruptcy. Further, Commonwealth will assist me in paying taxes on time and other expenses in order to avoid my wages being garnished and repossess. If I am unemployed, I will seek support from the unemployment office if my investments are not enough to continue paying my bills. I avoid excessive spending and bad investments. If I get sick I will rely on my insurance to support my family.
