My children will be off to university. I will be working full time to continue earning money to pay for their degrees and my lifestyle. At the end of this stage of my life, I will be earning A$8.6 million dollars a year. At this age, I will have a lot more money for my wife and I to retire not to mention for my family and other benefactors I have chosen in a philanthropic effort to give to worthy causes. I have already had paid off the associated fees for the mortgage on my house, Ferrari and Mustang. Now, I am saving 50% of earnings toward my grandchildren and my superannuation. Every month I will save 10 thousand dollars in a short term investment fund (that may require me to pay more commission than other investments but allows me the ability to get cash quickly) towards any sudden purchase or future vacation. I am paying off life insurance fees, so if my wife or I suddenly die, my children and our family can get assistance with current expenses and bills avoiding welfare or bankruptcy. I am not downsizing at this stage in my life even thought it is just my wife and I. My house is big, very lovely and on the water. It is right on Narrabeen providing a very relaxing time at this stage and during retirement. I have two cars my Ferrari and my Mustang. We love both of our cars and we prefer to have two cars rather than 1 so each of us can get around as needed. My wife and I are taking a portion of our savings and going on a vacation around the Unites States seeing all the sights of the country. I have had lots of playing experience in the past, and have a great passion for the game, so in my spare time, I teach less fortunate kids the game of basketball. I also coach at the local basketball club. I will also join a country club in order to continue meeting people and having a great social life. It offers many things including golf that I can enjoy all my mates. Another reason for my wife and I to have two cars is I am always active working, coaching basketball, and at the country club, so we need my own car. My wife is also active with book club and yoga along with house errands, so she needs her own car. Since I have enough money, I will need a specialty financial advisor to help me with my financial decisions at this point in my life. I will contact UBS to hire a financial advisor. Something I would like them to assist me with is income insurance in case I get sick or can no longer work to help me out if that happens. Further, my financial advisor will assist me investing my superannuation fund. If I am sick, I will use my health insurance coverage to help me pay for my medical bills.
